Chop Barbershop is a unique business in Tallahassee, providing the best haircuts for men, women, and children of all ages in a pub-like environment. As they were beginning to open more establishments around the city and across the nation through franchising, they needed help communicating their company core values to recruit employees that best fit those values. We created a 4-minute film that gave a perspective of what it’s like to work for Chop Barbershop through employee testimonials and explained the core values with the help of the four owners. During the production of this film, we interacted with many employees and clients and saw the passion and support for Chop Barbershop and its mission to provide, “Hair for all humanity.”
