Chef Series

As part of Visit Florida's tourism and marketing campaign, we were asked to produce a 12-part series titled, "You've Got to Try This: Chef Edition," which featured chefs across the state of Florida. The format of this series included an interview with the chef as well as them featuring a signature dish.

A Travel Job 8 Cities - 12 Chefs

From Tallahassee, we traveled to Pensacola, Santa Rosa Beach, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala, Tampa, St.Augustine. In each of these cities, we coordinated with restaurants to gain access to their chef and work with them in their kitchens. Each individual had their own unique personality but all of them showed the same kindness and hospitality you would expect from a successful chef. They all wanted us to try their food and made sure we never left hungry. Our favorite interview question to ask during this series was: "Food tells a story, what story does your food tell?"
